I uploaded the photo to my order to make greeting cards, and the greeting cards came literally blank with just what I had written on the inside. They sent blank greeting card covers. No phone number to contact customer service and an impossible way to even communicate directly, just FAQ. Ill find another way to make greeting cards

Poor customer service. Live chat only and unable to speak with a representative by phone. Conflicting conversations with representatives on live chat at Snapfish.

I ordered an 11x14 canvas print and the quality is poor and the wrap job is awful!! I ordered it to be a photo wrap around the edges and the edges are glaring white and even has an uneven white border across the top! The wrap onto the canvas looks like a 10 year old did it. Ive ordered many calendars and photos from you in the past and have always been pleased. Not this time!! I would like a refund. Ive also tried to call and every number is disconnected. Not good customer service. Please call me or email to tell me how to receive my refund. Thank you.

My book was done wrong

Snapfish - My book was done wrong
You can't get ahold of someone to rectify a problem after receiving something. I order a photo book that I was working on. I had others also with the same pictures. I thought I ordered the right one but got a different one. I have tried to do the live chat 4 times got disconnected and when I did get there they did not see my answers Then I called the number and they then wanted me to give my credit card to just ask or answer. I don't feel like I should have to do that...just let me talk to a person on the phone... I just want to order a new book and give back the other one. Please help...

My order is lost, And since I checked out as a guest with without making an account, I can’t get help anywhere. The number is disconnected. If I go off the chat questions that they have it says an err

My order is lost and since I checked out as a guest every time I go to any kind of help Paige email chat they sent me to login when I login it says I have no record of orders because I had to create an account to even do that. The customer service number is disconnected.

When I use the chat, if I go off the questions printed out for me, it says an error page.

I have seemingly no way to get in touch with these people about my lost order of which I have the order number the confirmation emails and an email saying it was shipped. However, when I check the tracking the tracking number that says there is no record from the sender .

Bad customer service First, it is not readily seen that you only have 24 hours to change your order. That is unacceptable. I was also given the date of my shipment and then it was changed making it late for my needs

I placed an order to be shipped by 1/10/24. That order has disappeared into the universe and theres no way to contact anyone about this. AND it turns out Im just ordering from Walgreens, anyway. Should have done that from the get go. I will never use Snapfish again. The phone number attached to this site doesnt work either!!!

Customer service is the WORST. No phone number to call, no email to email to. The online chat had a queue of 90+ people the first time I check, I didn't even attempt to wait that long. The second I checked it was 20+. Once I finally got a rep, she sounded like a robot. I don't think she actually understood my question, so I just gave up. My order never arrived at the destination. It was DISPOSED of by customs because Snapfish never responded to their request for documents. Products were never received, no response from Snapfish either.
