Snapfish - Customer service rude

My order never turned up so I used the live chat service to resolve the issue. They guy was so rude, I said that the delivery info on the website says 2-3 days and he did not believe me and asked me to send him a link to the web page!! I did and he still did not apologise or offer a solution. Then he ended the chat. Unbelievable.

Snapfish - Order won't process.

I am attempting to get my 20 free prints from T-mobile Tuesdays but the order won't go through. I've tried redoing it, uninstalling the app and even restarted my phone but nothing works. The code expires at 4:59 am and it is 4:39am. I don't want to miss out on my free prints when it's the app that is messing up. Can somebody please call me back? DONT USE THIS COMPANY! They advertised that my order would be delivered before Christmas, I even paid express shipping, only to be informed after 8 days post order that it hadn’t even been printed and wouldn’t be delivered before Christmas!

Snapfish - Dirty and messed up envelopes

On December 1st, I ordered Christmas cards and envelopes with return address printed on them. I also paid for overnight shipping. The envelopes came all dirty with black finger prints on them. They kept claiming they were remaining the envelopes. It is December 19th and I still don’t have them. They also refuse a refund. AWFUL COMPANY/ don’y use Then!
