Snapfish Shipping Service Review
Ordered two items in mid december. Said they would ship by the 20th. I recieved one of my items on the 23rd but it was damaged (ink was bleeding and discolored). I still have yet to recieve my second item! Ive contacted customer service 5 times through email and once through facebook messanger with NO reply. I am filing a fraud report with my bank. Do not order from SnapFish.
Snapfish Photo Book Review
Ordered a photo book they sent me another family's book. I have been trying unsuccessfully to to live chat (that don't respond). Called customer service and left messages because I can't get to a live person. I have emailed numerous times, I have posts to their Facebook page. I have complained to Groupon and still I don't have the product I paid for.
Delivery Service Review
I was told I would receive my canvas on the same day that I recieved my photos, I got the photos but still no canvas! It should have been here on the 8/12/16 today is now 11/12/16.. It was a birthday present for my sister on 9/12/16! It now looks like I got her nothing and is now 3 days overdue! FUMING!
