No one or a1 attempted to help me. I had an issue with 2 photos that did not show up during the proofing. So I had to create a new order to correct the issue with the 2 photos - paid twice.

Ordered 5 photo books and their price offered to us was re-offered within 24 hours for an additional 10% discount. Looking for them to do the right thing; even throw in an extra identical book. Willing to improve rating with successful outcome.

The customer service is terrible. Snapfish needs to understand that some issues cannot be solved by clicking a button. I have 80.00 or more in credit and have tried everything the app has suggested still i was unable to redeem my credit.
