I cannot log onto Snapfish using my cell phone to the same email and password that I use on my computer. At one point I lost everything and they said there was no way they could find my account. I have a back up phone number I have a back up email and they could not do anything with it. I went back to my old password and I could pull up my account but they could never help me pull up my account. So if something happens, I will lose everything that I’ve had since 2006. This is very scary.

Couldn't get anyone to talk to so I just kept at it and completed my book. Was ready to try another vender but had so much time invested I decided to keep trying. Would have been nice to have someone talk me through my problem but nope.
