chatted with a rep who said sorry nothing we can do. every photo i took is gone. hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of photos. gone.

they don't care. nothing they can do. i have to write a hundred words but the problem doesn't require a hundred words. snapfish sucks.

I'm confused.The only way Snapfish could have lost all of your photos with you having no possibility of getting them back is if you are actually stupid enough to store photos online only with no physical backup.

If that's the case, then you should really educate yourself.Anyone who isn't aware that things happen with online storage/clouds/etc hasn't lived in the real world long enough.
