I am so frustrated!I did lots of work in late January to my photo albums, and none of it is reflected in the new site.

And it appears that all of my captions from years of photos are gone, though I can't get a clear answer from customer service on that!

I LOVED the classic site - why on earth would the company create a new site that is missing so much functionality?And why weren't customers told that HOURS of work on the Classic site would be lost in moving to the new site???

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of new website. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss "new website" of snapfish website. Snapfish needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
