Snapfish - Refused to Refund
We ordered christmas ornament using high resolution photos from a photo shoot. The picture on the ornament was so bad you can barely make out my daughter's nose.
When I contact customer service, they refused to refund me for the ornament only for the shipping. I refused because the ornament was meant to be a gift for someone, and I cannot use this.
They gave me a hard time, and said they could only refund me for the ornament and not the shipping. Do yourself a favor and don't order from this site who doesn't value their products or their customers.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Monetary Loss: $12.
Preferred solution: Full refund.

I don't know what you expect. The photo of the ornament looks great.
The quality of the photo is the fault of the person who took it. I order items from Snapfish all the time but since my camera takes clear, wonderful pictures my uploads all look great.
