Customer service

I am trying to reach customer service about a product that I purchased in 2020. I am having difficulty, was finally able to track down a customer service phone number after extensive search and not able to find one on the website, only to then call and be told that no one was available to speak to me. This is extremely frustrating. I dont know how to show proof of any of this, even though the bottom is asking for this.

This Number sent me to a call button for seniors. I called and when I tried to say that I was too young and I called the wrong number the lady kept talking about how it was so useful and this and that.

User's recommendation: Don’t call the number.

I cannot talk to anyone and one just wanted to give me medical alert..spam??

I have a problem with my photos on the website and there is no way to contact anyone. They seem to avoid any such calls. I am very disappointed with this. I like their products but am thinking of going elsewhere if this continues. I have given this company plenty of business. Too bad they don't treat their customers well.

User's recommendation: I am not sure. Heaven forbid there is a problem I guess you're screwed.

They are no help anymore, they used to be!

trying to get my photos to make books, can't afford to unless they have sales, I tried all day yesterday and got no where and then they threaten to archive my pictures if I don't order.find some one else

If they mess up your order shipping is RIDICULOUS!

GrWhen Snapfish made a mistake on the photo books my school did not budget an extra $70 in shipping. (Yes $70!). I can pay $20 out of pocket. (And I called UPS with the box dimensions, weights, zip code of where it was shipped to and from and $20 is all it cost) All I want is to be treated fairly and get my books shipped at an honest rate and get my students books in time. Customer service just tells me thats what it costs for shipping and handling. Even though THEY made mistakes on my order. Its making me very hard to like their product right now.

Will never order through them again. Paid $7 for postage and three weeks later no photos so why this company is in business is a joke when theres no number to ring nor an email address.

My order didn't get here today like scheduled

My tote was supposed to be delivered today for a gift and never came. I'm so not happy, I was told that it would be here today and in 3 hours it will be the next day. I Specifically picked this day so I'd have it for a gift and it never arrived today of course my gift is late. April 6th for a Birthday and didn't get it on the 6th
