I ordered two photo tiles. When the package arrived, it looked as if something heavy had been dropped on the flimsy packaging.
The tiles inside were both damaged, and they had been placed in this package with nothing to protect them at all. I tried calling customer service and never got a response from them.

I can not get a hold of snapfish the number provided does not work

I was charged $83.00 dollars for for photos that were duplicates ,I tried calling snapfish to cancel the order but the phone numbers provided are no good , please try to find a way for me to get in touch with snapfish thank you Dede Olivas

Nothing, I didn't get a hold of Snapfish, and my photos still did not download. They download and then disappear.

Having so much trouble designing my order. And, it does not say how long the order takes.
I have tried your website many times and feel very frustrated. It shows my photo fits, but when I get to preview it, it is cut off.

- - Customer service call unresolved; damaged package and tiles, box showed heavy impact and contents unprotected.
When I finally got to talk to a customer service person they were very cooperative. Because my photo tiles had been damaged in shipping.
They reordered a photo tiles and have said that I will get the replacement on August 26th which will barely be in time for them to be presented as a gift to my friend at her party.
They're not here by then. I want a refund
I tried to call customer service, the phone rang several times then a message popped up on my phone asking if my problem was resolved. No it was not.
The package was very damaged, as well as the tiles inside.
It was a cardboard box that looked as of something heavy had been dropped on it. The photo tiles were both damaged and they had been placed on the box with no protection against damages.dont

every time I downloaded photos on snapfish they would disappear, but not on snapfishes side, they charged me for an extra 197 photos that were downloaded on snapfish that also disappeared from the site. They charged me $83.00 for all those extra photos, I tried to call them about the situation to cancel my order but the number is not working and there's no way to get in touch with them, I'm pissed. Missing package

Package is late. Was promised on Monday, September 28; however, the package is stuck somewhere.
It hasn't moved since Monday, the 28th. Thank you. I need this right away for my wife's birthday.
I ordered it with plenty of time, and it cost a lot of money. So what's going on?
