Error in production

No one or a1 attempted to help me. I had an issue with 2 photos that did not show up during the proofing. So I had to create a new order to correct the issue with the 2 photos - paid twice.

Problem with my order

Snapfish - Problem with my order

I had a problem with my order. One page was blurry, and the next had a yellow triangle printed, and there was not that on the original.

I chatted with a bozo in customer service.

She said she would reprint the order. She reprinted the wrong order.

I paid 17.99 to have expressed shiped and my item is still not delivered

Ordered 5 photo books and their price offered to us was re-offered within 24 hours for an additional 10% discount. Looking for them to do the right thing; even throw in an extra identical book. Willing to improve rating with successful outcome.

I received one of my books on order, and my book is dented on bottom left. I order a lot from you, especially books.

The box is NOT dented or damaged, so I assume damage happened while packing.

This is a gift for my daughter-in-law for Mothers Day and I dont want her getting something damaged. Order #394773****1022.

Can’t place order

I have gotten a hold of customer service live chat twice now which was not easy. I had my order ready to checkout and i kept getting a message that stopped it from processing.

Twice i was told someone from the IT dept would contact me. STILL WAITING!

Haven’t had any contact with them yet so I guess I can’t rate them very high. They have not contacted me and I can’t get ahold of them

I was ordering wallet sized pictures for graduation. They are mini pictures not wallets and I am very unhappy.

I was so disappointed to see that I couldve gotten them from Walmart and got a better deal even though theyre a little mote expensive. I also ordered a few four by sixes that you cut the top of my sons head off. I was trying to use those for graduation pictures as well and now I cant use them because his heads have cut off.

I would like them replaced and I guess I want my money back for the walls because they are absolutely horrible. They are way too small and if I wouldve known they were that small I would never have gotten them.
