Snapfish - It isnt that hard??
I ordered 3 matte photos, normal sizing, nothing special done to them. 3 photos! 3! I placed the order on the 21/12 and it took them until the 27th to ship, now i understand that its the busy season, but the fact is, I was told it would take 4 days to ship or that it would be at my door on the 4th of jan. its now been a week after that so i decided to ask where my order was and whether i should expected soon, or if there was a problem, the 'customer service' lady said that i would have to wait anywhere between 8-14 days for my order!! I needed the photos last week, its 3 photos! come on!!
Snapfish - Confirmed delivery was a lie
Ordered a gift that the company said arrived to the front door of a residence. The order never arrived. My christmas present ordered on 12/10 will now arrive on Jan 2. They lied on the shipping so i could not resolve in time for the holidays. After their chat person resubmitted the order he disconnected before i was finished discussing the matter
Snapfish in San Francisco, California - So Un-happy
I ordered a book- it was on sale 75% off- Because I do a lot of business with them I was given a $20 credit- total for book was $19.58 which was taken from my bank- when I called to have the credit applied I reached a foreign country they didn’t understand English and had no clue as to assistant me- spoke to a supervisor after 45 minutes- he understand even less- refusing to cancel the order and refund my money
Snapfish - Coffee mug photos placed crookedly
I ordered 3 different coffee mugs for different people. Photos on all mugs were placed very crookedly. I complained. They sent out 2 replacement mugs, which were far worse than the first mugs! I have contacted customer support through the app and sent repeated emails, asking for a manager, so i can take my complaint further. To no avail. I wanted my question answered, do they have quality control, if so people were asleep the day they made my order!
Snapfish - Horrible
DONT USE THIS COMPANY. Ordered Christmas cards. Arrived cut off on one side. They can’t repalce in timely manner to get them out by Christmas. Highly recommend using another company. Customer service has no clue either.

Snapfish - Wrong order
I received my order today, but it was someone else’s photo book. Unbelievable! Where did snapfish send my photo book? Wasn’t this a big violation of privacy? If you are supposed to receive a photo book titled “Europe 2018 - Portugal, Spain, Luxembourg & Belgium” but received something else instead, please let me know - I have your book!
Snapfish - False Advertising
I spent hours making photo products for gifts because they advertised promos and free shipping. When I got to check out it told me I couldn't combine promotions. Customer service refused to honor the advertised promotions. Such a disappointment and waste of my time.
