I have the same problem with snapfish, all my old precious moments which were clicked were stored in Snapfish and now I see that all of the pictures have just vanished from my account. I had alsosaved some of the photo links shared by my friends.

Lost everthing. Very very dissapointed:-(

Can not get in touch with company to report completely wrong order

I uploaded my photos from my phone and placed order with snapfish. It cam with five and six of one picture and completely missed others I had ordered.

I ordered a photo book on the 7/12/21 and it still has not been received. It was to be sent to Mr Graeme Smith at Frankston Nursing home Frankston 3199. The order number is 867920****082. You said it was sent on the 17/12/21. Where is it??? I'll be posting on Facebook that you a false company. I have 1000 friends on Facebook.

Re order #872400****094 I have been a long time customer. This is first completely unacceptable service. I entered, reviewed, approved, and ordered Christmas cards with clearly visible text which remains visible within the app under orders. Cards arrived without text AND with pictures much darker than those uploaded. Completely unsatisfactory. I conducted 4 live chats, all responding that I would hear ASAP by end of day from supervisor via email. I had one response 2 days later which stated again that I had ordered without text. Not true, not as documented. My screenshots clearly show text. Screenshot sent to me shows no text, but with statement that last edited 12/13the day AFTER I ordered! I did not edit. It is clear to me that someone at Snapfish did. Given short time frame, I ordered new cards already. I was offered 100 card credit and ability to reorder. Not acceptable as I already did. Alternative of $70 refund also not acceptable. I expect full refund. Will refute through credit card but prefer to have addressed directly.

POOR quality!!!

I have been a loyal customer for many years and had been very satisfied with the quality of the products until now. I purchased 5 books and 7 Christmas ornaments. Two of the ornaments are upside down, but my biggest complaint is the quality of the books. The clarity is terrible, coloring is off, and the paper quality has changed. If I were a first-time customer I would assume that is normal, but I have ordered MANY books and was shocked to see the quality deterioration. I anxiously await for their arrival to show my friends before giving them away, but not only am I disappointed by the quality, but embarrassed to share it with them much less give as a gift.

!Ridiculous charging $36.00 for 3 calendars and 1 mouse pad!!!! Shame on you!!! I will NEVER order again from your company and will tell all my friends. You promise a 70% discount and then bring the price right back up again with your over priced shipping cost. My order might have weighed 5 lbs at best. Shame and see you later!!!!
