I've made several attempts through live chat. In need of a live person for customers.
I ordered three prints of the same image. The 5x7 and 8x10 were cut short along the bottom of the image. I'd like replacement of these photos.
I'm long term customer. I'd like the problem to be resolved.
Preferred solution: Full image on photos. Free of cost.

I placed an order for a few wall tiles a coffee cup and some photos. Never did I think that I would be spending a fortune for this order.
When I placed the order I did not see the shipping charges as they mustve been added afterwards, because if I wouldve saw that, I wouldve never ordered the items as you can see. as you can see in the exhibits I will post the Customer Service agent totally agreed with me.
Something was wrong, but I went through PayPal to get it resolved, and Snapfish said that that was the correct shipping charges because I did not put the promo code in which I did, I dont know what else I can do ! But never order from there again!

I received my canvas picture and it had a big scratch on it. I am not very happy, and the fact that I'm unable to get a hold of anybody at Snapfish to have my picture remade is upsetting.

Yesterday I received my photo book of, "Watching Diego Grow Up". The photos turned out even better than I had anticipated, and the book is of excellent quality.
The problem is that one corner was damaged in the shipping process. The front and back were wrapped in bubble wrap, but the sides were somewhat exposed. Both corners of my package were damaged, but only the top corner of my book was bent. I think bubble wrap needs to be applied to both sides as it must have been seriously mishandled.
If there is any way my book can be replaced, I would greatly appreciate it as it is a college graduation gift for my grandson. If not, I understand, but perhaps you could recognize this issue in future shippings.

I spent hours with 4 different people on chat and no resolution. I just want my tile reprinted.

I placed an order on 01/09/24. It's saying I have no new orders, but you have taken money from my account and I have an order number: 363843****1177.
The Snapfish app says it's been dispatched, but the customer services chat says I have no new orders.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I did receive my order but Snapfish customer service is terrible.
They just copy/paste random responses that do not make sense or help. They do not know what production is doing, dates, information.
They only gave chat and chat uses copy/paste answers, probably just AI. No help at all...
asked for escalation call back with a supervisor and was told mgr callback would be within 30 min. It's been 6 hours and no callback. Paid for rush order and still have not received tracking.
CS states no guarantee it will be delivered on time so I asked to cancel the order but was told they can't do that either. Will not recommend or use them again simply because lack of customer service and rush option they do not honor or complete.

Incomplete picture sent. Picture has been returned. Requesting picture and compensation for RETURned pic.
My order was received damage
The pictures were damaged when I opened the pages they were stuck together and they were ripped when I opened it. The paint was not dry enough. They got stuck.

First order never showed after over 2 weeks! They said they would send a second order/ Replacement order.
I called a few days later because it showed it still was processing- they said it was glitch that it was actually mailed on Dec.
17 ( the day before I called). They also assured me i would receive my pkg of 6 calenders by Dec. 20!
So, I checked their website today, Dec. 19 2023 & it shows a label was created and pkg was shipped on Dec 18.
Which was After i contacted them and proves they LIED to me. I have screenshots and proof. I am done with this company. Furthermore.
According to usps .com the tracking no is not a working tracking no and. My shipment shows it went from pa to ky back to pa. WHY?!?!?! I live in Ar.
I started two chats with them earlier today , was on a lengthy hold and they ended the chat ( because i did not).
So i sent them a private message!
Demanding a full refund with this info. I tried calling them with a couple of numbers that were posted online, but they were not snapfish.

Why give them an out ? "If not, I understand" ?
They wrapped the thing badly and it's damaged. That's what the shipper would tell you (usually go after them first) but you've already established poor packaging as the cause. Send a polite letter with photo to the vendor and serve via Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested ; keep it brief, polite, to the point yet firm. One side of the sheet only.
State plainly the nature of your desired remedy.
Hint : don't forget to include your name and address as it appeared on the order. Another hint : don't use your name when posting to this website ; it is against site rules and I ordinarily report such violations to the webmaster for removal or redaction, but I have sympathy for your case and I hope there's no fallout from your self identification.
