Snapfish - Lost my albums!

They lost about 7 albums of my kids - birth and special moments and offered 100 free prints . I asked to speak to a supervisor and they said they would email. Seriously!???! Worst site ever. Does anyone know if someone has started a class action lawsuit?

Ordered Christmas cards with overnight shipping on December 14th. Received multiple emails stating "order by the 18th...to get items by Christmas".Paid overnight shipping. Customer service states cards will not arrive until after Christmas. Waited through 23 "people" over one hour to on line chat with a person who took up to 3 minutes to respond to each question. Will not do this ever again.
