I also lost several years worth of videos due to Snapfish. They were supposed to continue storing the videos after the video service ended.

I would like to file a class action lawsuit against them.

I am not a lawyer, just a mom. Please reply if youre interested in a lawsuit against Snapfish.

LisaC117 13 minutes agoI'm an attorney, and I also lost about 6 years of my (only) child's life in photos.Many months back, I offered to take our experience to consumer class action lawyers I know and trust, if someone else could do the legwork of gathering contact info for everyone on this thread who is potentially interested in finding out if we might have a claim.I repeat that offer!I work way too much as it is as a public interest lawyer to have the bandwidth to do that part myself, but there is strength in numbers, and what Snapfish did is at least morally wrong.Can someone help me help us all find out if there's any legal recourse?

I would definitely participate in whatever capacity I could. I am not an attorney but I will help in any way.

The response that I got from Snapfish when I inquired about my videos was extremely cavalier and a thats your problem attitude. My email address is laura.sturgill@yahoo.com
