I am beyond furious!!!! This was the back up to my back up but the computer they were on before crashed and I lost everything there.

I assumed everything was safe here at Snapfish, hence why I put everything here. (and paid money to store the videos btw) These are the only videos I have of my children. I literally want to cry. Something to do with corruption when they moved to the new site.

Obviously based on all of these review, the new site is an epic fail!! There must be a way to retrieve the info from the old site?!!

This is what you do Snapfish!! FYI I have always been a loyal Snapfish user so I'm beyond disappointed - there are really no words to express my anger and sadness about this.

The EXACT same thing happened to me. I had 100's of videos of my child from infant to five years old.

I PAID for the videos to be secured on the site and every one of them is gone. I am heartbroken and completely pissed off. I have been going back and forth with a customer service/tech person. They had the nerve to insult me by asking if they could send me a free scrapbook.

The videos were priceless and I PAID for them to be secure.

Why didn't IT request that all Snapfish customers be notified of their "upgrade" and the possibility of videos being lost. The negligence, the complete negligence is unacceptable.
