They corrupted my files and lost my pictures for years back. I got an apology and that is it.

Do not use this site. The chat support person said they are trying to find a solution to "uncorrupt" the files, but I am very doubtful that will ever happen. I will not use Snapfish again and I have been a customer since 2004. They should at least post an explanation and a warning on the website.

I can't imagine how I would feel if this was my only back up.

I used this site to be an extra layer of protection for my pictures, but lesson learned, do not depend on an online service for protection.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

I am finding myself in the same boat. More than 50% of my pictures from 2006-**** are "corrupted" and missing.

They are completely unprintable is what customer service told me. I got an apology and a 100 print credit (for photos I can't print).

My portable hard-drive where we stored all our pictures was damaged in a move and my back up was Snapfish. So angry right now.
