Snapfish migrated my 400 videos to their new website last year and then without warning all of my files are corrupted and nothing more than an image of the first screen of the video. I got this note: Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting Snapfish customer support.
Your recent inquiry has been escalated to me. Due to large volume of emails, we are unable to respond to your query at the earliest.
I have checked the details from my end and I see you have " 400+ videos" in your account.We would like to apologize, there is no way to recover your videos. The videos may not be playable for any number of reasons from corrupted files, to the age of the files, or equipment failure."
