I have ordered from them for years and never had a problem until today.First, I had trouble even finding someone to talk to!
Then I was told you could only cancel an order before one hour! I couldn't get any help before the hour! Then they said the code for the canvas was no good, even though the e-mail from Snapfish said the code didn't expire until July 17th! I thought by law you have 48 hours to cancel an order in the US!
My prints were supposed to be free and the canvas was supposed to be 19.98.
The person I talked to did give me $18.00 off the canvas.But it should have been much more than than.
